The 36m2 studio in the city center is located in a recently built modern house. It features a queen sized double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and remote working abilities with a sit-stand desk (+27" external monitor). Free parking is available in a private underground garage. City center is within walking distance (about 1 km or 15 min walk). The apartment has a lot of morning sun and 6th floor offers nice views on the city. Welcome to our studio apartment located just 5mins from Tallinn Airport in the quiet and green areaof Järveküla. Despite being a studio, the apartment feels bright and open. Enjoy quick and easy connections to city center (only 10mins by car or public transport), while relaxing in a peaceful neighborhood. Apartment includes sofa bed (please note: there is no traditional bed ready for you), a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and towels and a free parking (one spot).
