KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Located in Lake Park, GA just south of Valdosta, GA. This cottage is newly renovated inside and out and sits directly on the waters of Lake Long Pond. Enjoy boating, skiing, tubing, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and more. Large open floor plan with wall of windows and huge deck overlooking the lake for beautiful sunset views. Long dock with diving board at the end. Private white sandy beach and boat ramp on property. Perfect for gatherings and entertainment. Near Wild Adventures Theme Park.

A beautiful and quiet place in the country!

Bring the whole family to this great place, with lots of room for fun. We are minutes from the Suwanee music park & historic Live Oak. You will have eggs from our chickens, goats to feed here at our great family farm. A beautiful fire pit for evening fun. With a bar-b-que provilion equipped with charcoal grills and a great outside dinning table. We have a beautiful outside shower and a new 3 cage frisbee golf course and the evening stars are spectacular, with the sounds of nature everywhere.

Come stay the night in this historic home with just the perfect amount of classic charm and modern amenities. Large front and back porches complete with barbq grill and fire pit. Enjoy sipping your coffee or napping on the porch. Minutes from graveyard mud Park and Suwannee music park. Great if you are in town for work at the Nutrien mine, a wedding or just stopping through. Close to interstate but centralized in quiet little town of Jasper FL. We look forward to sharing our southern charm.

Peaceful cabin on the Cochee River w/ 4 acres land

Cookout, relax, fish & kayak (included) alongside the Withlacoochee River. Updated home on stilts located just 15 min upriver from the Suwannee state park & hidden springs (The River is accessible, but it is not easily accessible because the water fluctuates so much). The back deck sits 10 ft from the riverbank. The 4-acre property boasts plenty of mature trees w/ an old railroad bridge pillar for great photos. Frequently visited by deer, owls, & turkey. Just 25 min from Live Oak shopping!

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Pharmhouse

This farm house is located off the beaten path. It is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(both down stairs). You will enjoy the butterflies, peacocks that roam the neighborhood, deer and lots of birds. We are down a dirt road but 7 miles to a Walmart and restaurants. We are located very near the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park where they have small to large music festivals. There are areas, in the back yard, that say private property. Please stay away from these areas.

This cozy space is nestled in the pine trees, and offers lots of peace, quiet, and privacy. Situated on private land, however, not in the direct view of the other residences. Enjoy the screened porch and outdoor fire pit as you listen to the sounds of nature. Located 7 minutes from Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park, convenient to both I-75 and I-10, and close to many local springs, parks, and restaurants. Come inside & rest your soul! This newly renovated home has plenty of room for families to enjoy time together. It's minutes from the Suwannee River, state parks & natural springs. Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths & even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
