Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful family homestead. There are free range chickens and goats on the property. This 2 bedroom unit with 1 full bathroom is unique, quiet and and allows for fun with family or quiet time away from everyone. We are 10 minutes from Sam's Club and Walmart with plenty of restaurants yet you are tucked away in a rural setting. This house sits on 1 acre w/ a covered space out front for grilling. Schedule 30 minutes of private time with the goats before checkin.

The Davidson Studio has its own entrance, has a queen size bed, couch, dresser, fridge, stove, oven, shower, TV, WiFi. Everything you need for a quite stay. I am less than 2 miles to Downtown Davidson and lots of restaurants. The green way runs right in front of the house for walking or running. The private 6 acre property is secluded in an established neighborhood just 5 miles west of downtown Salisbury. Plenty of parking space for vehicle with trailers and RVs.

This is the 2nd "Hobbit House" on the Cherry Treesort property. It's a spacious 395 sq feet with a queen bedroom, circle door entry, living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bathroom. The Hobbit House sits on 27 acres with the 8 other treehouses we have built. Come stay in one of the most unique stays in the country, you wont be disappointed.
