Our place is located at the foot of the famous Toome hill where everything is very close (main square, shops, restaurants, parks etc). We will offer you a fully equipped apartment and a big bed, kitchenette, shower, TV with many channels, free fast wifi and good books/games to entertain you. We also offer free parking in the yard that works on a first come first served principle

The apartment is freshly renovated, yet everything that could have been preserved, is restored (orig. wooden floors, oven, bedroom's cupboard). My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.

Apartment with sauna close to city center. 10 minutes walking distance from the Town Hall Square. 5 minutes from railway station. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

Our place is very unique because of our beautiful surroundings and lot of cool animals like ducks, rabbits, lamas, horse, ponies, donkey, chickens ( who walk free on the property). House is newly renovated, possible to grill and chill, go for a swim, prize includes electric sauna in the house . Also small fireplace to feel more cozy in winter time.

A modern yet cozy all-year-round design cabin next to an idyllic lake in the Otepää nature park. Fully equipped kitchen and sauna with a view to Kaarna lake. Easy access but private location, 60m2 terrace, grilling option, sauna & fireplace. Otepää & tennis courts are 4 min drive or 20 min walk.

The apartment has air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, microwave, TV and a large balcony. Parking is free in the public parking lot in front of Filosoofi 22a. This unique place has a style all its own. Inquiries are welcome, ask for everything - price, dates, etc

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

You can have just a sauna evening or stay overnight. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sleeping places for two, sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V electricity for lights and phone loading.

Our studio apartment welcomes you next to Tamula beach. The apartment has a nice view on the lake and park. Groceries, town centrum, central square - everything is at hand! Tamula beach - just take a 100m walk through green Kreutzwald's park.

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. Parking in a heated garage under the house.
