Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Maastopyöräilemään, vaeltamaan tai hiihtämään pääsee suoraan mökin pihasta. Syötteen palvelut ja hiihtokeskus on vain muutaman minuutin autolla ajomatkan päässä (n. 5km). Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Rauhallinen asunto 3-kerroksisessa talossa, ylimmässä kerroksessa, siellä on hissi. Huoneisto on viihtyisä studio, jossa on kaikki tarvittava vähintään 3 hengen oleskeluun. Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.
