Enjoy fishing, swimming and non-motorized boat fun. 3 Miles from Covington, 30 Minutes from Seattle International Airport, 7 miles from Pacific Raceway, 40 minutes to Seattle, 30 minutes to Tacoma and 45 minutes to Snoqualmie Pass Resort.

Entire Guesthouse on fenced acreage with rolling hills, sports court, firepit, view of Mt. Rainier, horse friends that come right up to the fence. Wonderful property for friendly dogs! Quiet Mother-in-law apartment on hobby farm

The apartment is attached to the back of my residence. It is centrally located, 10 minutes from Duvall and Carnation and 30 minutes from Redmond, Woodinville, Monroe and Snoqualmie. The driveway is gravel so be prepared for a little dirt and/or dust outside. There are hiking and biking trails, as well as Tolt and Snoqualmie rivers for outdoor enthusiasts. I have started a hobby farm with goats, chickens and ducks for you to view. Therefore you can expect dirt and odors common to a farm.

Recently refurbished house, peacekeeping in cozy and urban-rural districts, walking to Lake Sammamish State Park for hiking trails, near I-90 to Seattle. Close to Issaquah Highland. Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. Country setting, private and quiet location. Ground level apartment, easily accessible for all. No stairs to navigate. You will have your own parking spot directly by your private entrance door. Dinning/sitting area with daybed. Kitchenette. Comfortable TV sitting area. One bedroom. Large bathroom with double sink and heated towel rack. Large walk-in closet off of bathroom with 6 drawer dresser. Beautiful original professional artwork painted by my Mother complete the space.

Wildwood Studio: beach access, pets, horses

A charming studio on a 40 acre, forested estate. A 5 minute walk through woodland trails to our pristine, private Puget Sound beach, or drive 2 min to the lighthouse beach at Pt. Robinson Park. This fully furnished, light-filled studio sleeps 2 in a comfy queen bed, has a wood stove (wood provided), a full kitchen, bath with shower, picnic area and propane barbecue. Horses graze outside your window; wildlife abounds. Pets welcome with $45/1 or $60/2 fee. A non-smoking property.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

Views! Lake House Suite on beautiful Lake Tapps. Relax on the patio take in the beauty of this park like setting, the lake, bald eagles, hot air balloons & boaters on the lake. The suite is below the main residence and has its own private entry & self check in. The lake suite will sleep up to 4 guests. Suite Includes 1 bedroom, living room with a queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, patio w/gas grill. Wander down to the lake for a dip or sit back and enjoy the sunset!
