A newly industrialy redecorated apartment in the heart of Nowa Huta, old socialist district of Cracow with lots of old trees and green areas. Absolutely comfortable apartment with all facilities and tourist information. 3 mins walk to Plac Centralny, main square of Nowa Huta from where trams and buses take you to the city center. About 2 mins walk to the most modern swimming pool in Cracow, 2 mins walk to 24 hrs open shops and others all over the area. And lots of sights in the neighbourhood.

We offer you two spacious rooms equipped with furniture with history, a unique garden with a place for BBQ and two parking spaces for free. Walking distance to Aqua Park is only 2 minutes, to Multikino and Serenada with shops and restaurants - 3 minutes! 15 minutes by bus to the center. We provide rides in classic cars: Datsun 280Z, 500 SL, Coupé quattro, MX-5.

Remember: Sheraton hotel is 5 min by walk…. Active, (36 m2 - 1 room, kitchen, bathroom, Wi-go, TV, 2nd floor of the front building). Except of shabby-looking entrance and staircase (typical for old Krakow) apartment is comfortable, clean and nice . (On the area of the apartment there is close space - invisible - with wardrobe of the host. WE ARE NOT providing assistance with talk, socializing etc with our guests; so if you are looking for that , please don’t book.

It takes only 25 minutes to walk to the Main Square or 5 minutes by tram.

Independent 22 is cosy apartment in my home. Kitchen, bathroom and small room with coffee table and view on my garden. You will have this quiet and comfortable space just for yourself. You can always sit outside and relax with the coffee in the backyard, hidden between the trees. This is the place that you can really take a big breath and just enjoy it as I do every day.
