Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

Our apartment is ready to give you special moments on your holidays in comfort and safety. The apartment is a maisonette with a living room, kitchen and w/c on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor it has 2 large bedrooms, a bathroom and storage room for the washing machine. It is only 4 kilometers from the airport 5 kilometres from the city center. Right next door you will find a supermarket, a bakery and a bus stop. From the apartment you can easily go to the beautiful beaches of our island.

Το g&z cottage βρίσκεται στον οικισμό Παιπόδενα ,7χλμ από την πόλη της Κέρκυρας. Η τοποθεσία του είναι σε ήρεμο σημείο, με πρόσβαση στην πόλη, σε αρχαιολογικούς χώρους, όπως το Αχίλλειο Κέρκυρας, που απέχει 3 χλμ, και σε παραλίες. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στο γραφικό χωριό Κυνοπίαστες που διαθέτει μαγαζιά και ταβέρνες. Για δική σας διευκόλυνση, θα ήταν προτιμότερο να διαθέτετε μεταφορικό μέσον καθώς η στάση του λεωφορείου απέχει 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κατάλυμα.

Une maison d'été les pieds dans l'eau

Une petite maison confortable avec un jardin qui s'ouvre sur la baie et la mer et offre une vue magnifique sur le coucher du soleil. À 10 minutes de marche vous pouvez vous rendre aux salines d'Alykes, où se trouve un parc "Natura" avec des flamants roses à la bonne saison, normalement en primtemps et en automne. Derrière la maison il y a un parking privé. Nous recommandons de louer une voiture pour visiter les endroits, les billages et les plages, faire les courses etc.
