This one bed/one bath features a full kitchen and invites you to snuggle up and read a book while you overlook the neighborhood from the large window. If you prefer to be out and about town, meander through the neighborhood streets of 5 Points, while perusing all the unique historical homes, or walk towards the heart of 5 Points to enjoy food, fun, and culture. A short 5-minute walk to Foley Field and Butts Mehre Heritage Hall, and under 10 minutes to 5 Points and UGA campus.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.
