Included: 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bath with shower, elegant great room with fully equipped kitchen. Also includes a large open air porch with vaulted ceiling and sky lights. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. Relax and celebrate the holidays with a lakefront view, decorations & lights and maybe even a bonfire at sunset at the Loft on Lakeshore! Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, holiday travel or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

You can relax in a hammock or go for a stroll down to your private dock and venture out on the water on the provided kayaks, paddle board, or pedal boat. This rental is set up with outside in mind. Three level deck, gazebo, floating dock, and a beach area with a firepit make it a perfect place to make memories. An ideal base to explore Charlotte and experience nature.

The Cottage in the Cove is a charming 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home on Lake Norman. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Enjoy the water while still near shopping and tons of restaurants. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ON BEHALF OF OTHER GUESTS WILL BE APPROVED. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

This new craftsman style home with duplex apartment over the garage was built in 2020. The home boasts amazing big water view of Lake Norman. The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
