Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. If you are in town for business or pleasure the house has everything you need. Location The house is centrally located on a quiet road around 0.4 miles walk to Chelmsford Train Station, Bus Station and Town Centre. The trains are regular every 8 – 10 minutes (incl to Stratford, London Liverpool St & the London Airports) so no need to panic!

Beautifully modernised and extremely clean 2 double bedroom accommodation set within a shared home. Your rooms are located on the first floor and comprise of a large private bathroom, separate full kitchen, and two double bedrooms. The 1st floor landing is shared with only one other person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.) Myself and my daughter live downstairs and therefore do not go upstairs while we have guests as we highly value your privacy. :)

Formerly an Annex to the main house it is ideally situated for walking/hiking with easy access to the RSPB marshes of Cliffe. Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.
