Lanai opens up to semi private beach and a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. There is Bay access too. Kayaks available for rent. There is a separate apartment above not included. The coastal decor and furnishings create the ambiance of an island home. The condo opens onto a wide porch which has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. Wander down the sandy path to a private beach and the turquoise waters of the Gulf. Enjoy Gulf breezes and sunsets from the porch or the beach.

The Oz Parlor apartment was originally the main house of this whimsical property. It has loads of charm It is a great place to relax and Just Bee... Please note I don’t have cable TV my TVs are wireless I have Netflix and Amazon prime. Located in the Historic District of Englewood a lovely walk to fine restaurants, Indian Mound Park on Lemon Bay and 2.9 miles to Englewood Beach.
