Fenced PRIVATE pool, hot tub, sauna & screened porch. 5 BRS - Captains Quarters (1st Fl/K), Seahorse Sanctuary (1st Fl/K), Hollywood Room (1st Fl/Q), Octopus Outlook (2nd Fl/K) & Sea Turtle (2nd Fl/2 TXLs). Dogs allowed - $35 per dog, per visit billed separately. In the woods between the ocean & the ICWW. It is more like a camping vacation than a high end beach resort. Expect lots of leaves, bugs, frogs, lizards & spiders. Owners closets, garage, & office not included. New hot tub 6/25.

Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island with 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Amazing view of the pool from the balcony. The resort has 6-miles of wide sandy beaches and an amazing swimming pool complex complete with a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, playground and hammock. Bike rentals, pool, tennis courts & fishing decks are other amazing features! Have some fun in the sun! Dog friendly with a pet fee of $150

Relax in our Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Mom & Dad get the comfortable king size bed. Kids get the queen size sofa bed. Fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffeemaker, blender.... everything you need for a great time at the beach or pool. Enjoy the lakeside view from our balcony or walk to the pool or private beach (beach umbrella, beach chairs and boogie board provided for your use). Restaurants, Starbucks and Ice Cream Shop are on the premises.

Our centrally located condo is on second floor at the Summerhouse at the Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island (elevator access). One bedroom condo, two queen beds, pull out sofa in the living room, walk in shower. Furnished balcony off the living room overlooks pool area. Many amenities on property include: pools, hot tub, walking/biking trails, private gated beach access, bathrooms, and outdoor showers. Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown.
