We welcome you to our spacious, classic apartment, on Floor 1, in the 19th Century building of Lomond Castle on the 'Banks of Loch Lomond', not far from Balloch.This property has 2 bedrooms; 1 king bed & 2 single beds. It has an open planned kitchen/dining and living area. We are within walking distance of The Duck Bay Restaurant and Cameron House Resort. We find ourselves situtaed amongst all popular wedding venues in Loch Lomond; Lodge on Loch Lomond, The Cruin, Boturich Castle to name a few.

Nestled amongst the majestic Scottish hills of theTrossachs National Park sits the hidden gem of Balquhidder Glen and The Hogget Hut. This shepherds hut provides a unique secluded experience for honeymooners, adventure seekers and those who just want to relax, rewind and admire the scenery. Enjoy Loch Voil, explore the hills, and watch the wildlife. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Cook alfresco on the fire-pit or retire to the Nordic style BBQ hut.(*subject to availability) to end the day.

Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers. Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. Enjoy. Welcome to our Cabin on the Loch. Our custom built cabin on stilts over the pristine Loch Venachar. Situated in the heart of the Trossachs, not far from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling. It is a totally private secret escape. This is truly a place to relax and to get away from it all. Just sit on the deck, or take a stroll along the banks of the Loch. The cabin sleeps 2 people and is totally private. A wonderful location for fishing, walking and cycling, (or just chilling).

Seal Cabin - A wee piece of Scottish Luxury

A Victorian Cabin perched on the banks of Loch Goil. Enjoy a picturesque stay over looking the breath taking Scottish Highlands. The Cabin consists of a walk in wet room with toilet and a very well equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen you will find a fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and crockery. The living Room has a TV and Log Burner - with French Doors out to the decking area. The double bedroom is up on the mezzanine level which you access via a ladder.

Our location is fantastic for mountain bike trails and hiking. You can access both directly from The Nest so no need to get in the car to explore! If you are looking to experience Loch Lomond we are under 10 minutes drive to the shore at Balmaha.

Enjoy this gorgeous setting either from the warmth and comfort of the open plan lounge or from your own private deck with extraordinary views over Dumgoyne and the Campsie Hills. You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
