The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. This charming one bedroom first floor apartment is located above our garage which is adjacent to but detached from our house. Set within 20 acres of private land, it is a very peaceful and unique spot with beautiful panoramic views over the Thames Estuary. The flat itself is clean and comfortable with its own bathroom and kitchen as well as a separate bedroom and an open plan living/dining area. There is parking available for one car on our driveway which is secured by electric gates.
