The seven acre property comprises of two separate residences - the farmhouse and the cabin below, each with its own separate driveway and amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway!

Just 45 mins drive from Auckland CBD, 8 km from closest small town. An easy stop to or from the airport. Ideal for those looking for a quiet get-away, also with everything required for a longer stay; or to use as a base to explore the surrounding area. There is a full kitchenette, BBQ, WiFi & TV.

Well set up for self-catering with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Cosy wood fire in winter. Hosts live nearby and are very happy to provide any help.

Immerse yourself in nature with short bush walks that lead to a stunning rock-bottom river, complete with small waterfalls. Our cabin is simple yet charming, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway.

Ian and I welcome you to a wee taste of country life and country noise, less than an hours drive from Auckland City. The Shed offers peaceful rural and water views plus the occasional visit from wild deer and peacock, or grunt from the roar (April/May). It is a restful stop on your travels, or an escape from the hustle bustle of life. Stand alone with a garage between it and the main house. We are happy to put together a yummy platter and wine, message for prices and book ☺️

This modern guesthouse with a 5 metre stud has a large mezzanine bedroom with a super king bed and two singles, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with extensive decks and concrete floors throughout. Welcome to your getaway. An expansive, lush property bordered by a stream and native trees with an extensive garden where you are welcome to wander and sit. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

Nestled in the hills, you’ll find this private cabin. With views of the harbour to the west and native trees with birdsong to the east. This cabin offers all you need for a retreat, with a modern interior and furnishings, and off grid. Only 20 min to Matakana or 15 to Warkworth town!
