This is a spacious 1930s three-bedroom home with a beautiful, leafy, private garden, with mature trees, a little stream and a small pond. Accommodates four people comfortably. There is ample off street parking at the front of the property (drive 8ft6 wide) and easy access to M4 and M32 and Bristol airport.

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.
