Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood in Sydney. This is a great location, central to downtown Sydney, Sydney River, and Membertou. This home has been newly renovated and features all the amenities of home, all hardwood and cushion floors, lots of natural light and a babbling brook in the expansive back yard. There is a small apartment in a section of the basement. Everything is separate and nothing is shared except the driveway. Note: Only small non shedding dogs due to allergies
