The views are hypnotic and look down and out over the continental divide. Good morning sun and sunsets in the same spot. Deck is large (384 square feet) with roof. Private porta John is cleaned weekly. Lights and electrical is 110 for coffee pots, electric grills, mattress inflators, blenders, fans, etc. I provide chairs, fresh water in containers, camping supplies from dog bowl to antimicrobial wipes. Your parking area is next to the deck and Black Mountain’s tasty restaurants are 4 miles away

Ft. studio apartment has an additional 10 Ft. x 20 Ft. deck/balcony out front overlooking the Celo Valley with a spectacular view of the Celo and Black Mountain ranges (see photos). One-bedroom cabin w/ air conditioner, heaters, queen bed, full kitchen, living area, and bathroom with hot shower & indoor dry-flush toilet (does not use water). TV, Wifi, linens, dishes, coffee/tea, breakfast foods, fridge/freezer, microwave, fire pit, picnic table, and more! Just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway! Explore our 5 acre property and visit the small pond in back. Please ensure pets are leashed - we have ducks. The hosts also live on the property in a separate house.

Located on our small farm in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, we are a perfect launching point for adventure. Lake James and the Linville Gorge are only 20 minutes away, Asheville 45 minutes, and Charlotte only an hour. Explore countless waterfalls, miles of trails, or kayak our beautiful rivers during the day, and relax in the hot tub and shoot pool in the evening.

The cabin is surrounded by mature hard wood trees making it perfect for birding or spotting wildlife. Fish in the pond or take a ride in the John boat. Enjoy nature!
