The home is 1600 sqft and your space is 335 sqft, private and cozy!!! It has a bedroom, living room and a full bath. parking is under carport for those tropical rainy days ( please park on the right side) it's shared space. There are two smart t.v which have Netflix, tubi, YouTube and others. the kitchenette has a keurig, compact size fridge and microwave. we have beach chairs/ towels, outside shower, hot and cold water. *cats on property!!! *dog named Lucy *ages 21 and over

Kayaks, bikes, and beach gear are all included! The Rivers Edge is located on the Eau Gallie River in Melbourne FL. Enjoy your stay at this unique and tranquil getaway. You can enjoy yourself while seeing the best of Florida's wildlife at a historic residence. We are 3 miles from the beach, 2 miles from the Melbourne airport and close to several breweries. Dock space available for boats & we have kayaks you are welcome to use.
