The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. A beautifully appointed self-contained, ground floor flat with a lovely view across the valley from the sitting room window. Howden Nook is in a fantastic position to explore the Yorkshire Dales, (Skipton is only 15 minutes away), the historic village of Haworth (15 minutes), the moors for fabulous walking and the Worth Valley Railway is close by. There is good parking on the private road and by the flat. There is ramp access to the flat and rails to assist mobility to the bath/shower.

The house is part of the utopian vision of Saltaire created by Sir Titus to create a community village to house and support the mill workers.
