The Claremont Hotel Adult Only - Small Single Room

The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included.

The Three Compasses Inn

A spacious twin-bedded room, up one flight of stairs, in The Three Compasses Inn recently refurbished to a high standard with en-suite Shower Room. Price is for the en-suite room only but a full English Breakfast is available upon request at £10pp. During the Summer months breakfast can be taken in our beautiful Courtyard Garden! If required, an extra bed for a child can be provided for £25 extra per night. We are situated in a quiet rural village location just 2 miles from Dorchester.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Popular for long weekends and weddings, our place gives you the freedom to get out and explore all this stunning location has to offer. If you are a walker, wedding guest, or just need a bolt hole for a stop over, we have the perfect place for you. A simple selection of cold breakfast items will be left for you on your arrival.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.

This is a lovely 2nd floor room for 4 persons with en-suite shower room. Spacious room with great views The room comes equipped with a kitchenette. Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Air fryer, Toaster & kettle. (No Stove). Table & chairs During busy times there is a min of 2 nights but you can always ask if a single night is possible. Base price for 3 guests. For guests convenience there is free Wi-Fi and Laundry room
