This property is an old family homestead and home to oak trees over 100 years old. This home includes a large private drive with a great indoor and outdoor space for entertaining. Perfect for a weekend getaway! Located only 10 minutes from downtown Bartlesville and 40 minutes from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Step back in time and enjoy the wild west atmosphere. The bunkhouse has been outfitted with luxury cowboy designs by Yocham's Custom Leather & Cowboy Decor.
