Situated between the villages of Riogordo and Comares is a very peaceful area with thousands of olive and almond trees. The nearest beach is only half an hour away and nearby cities like Granada, Malaga and Cordoba are very easy one day trips. Enjoy the quietness of authentic rural Spain!

In your House you'll find a sea-view balcony, patio with vine shade, equiped kitchen, AC. You can light the fireplace and enjoy a perfect romantic atmosphere. The beach is 11 Km away. Some of Spain's amazing cities are 2 hours drive away: Córdoba, Seville, Granada and Sierra Nevada ski. Malaga airport 35 min drive.

Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

La chambre (lit de 2 m), douche à effet pluie, AC, SmartTV, terrasse vitrée, kitchenette, BBQà gaz Weber. Notre maison est très calme et privée juste à la limite du centre.

Its location allows you to dine and walk around town and, at the same time, feel as you were in nature, enjoying the views of the hills as you cool off in the terrace jacuzzi.
