You are only: 1 mile to Hollywood Hills private beach & boat launch climb 1 mile to Bald Mountain 3.4 miles to Enchanted Forest & all the amenities of Old Forge Village Snowmobile trailers- there is room for a 2 place trailer with truck attached. Additional 2 cars in 2nd driveway.

The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Come and enjoy the peaceful tranquility and relaxation at the Blue Heron Lake House, 2876 West Lake Road on Gorton Lake, West Edmeston, NY. We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
