La struttura è suddivisa su 3 piani, ognuno dei quali si raggiunge con una scalinata tipica dell'architettura medievale. Dimora V.lo Leoncini è ideale per chi desidera immergersi nella storia dell'antica Tibur.

L'appartamento è un monolocale, vicino al centro selezione Aeronautica di Guidonia (circa 700 m). Metratura di 35 mq, completamento ristrutturato, dotato di bagno e cucina con piano cottura e frigorifero. Il quartiere è tranquillo e non mancano aree verdi e per cani.
