To the s bahn station line 4 and 6 only 10 minutes walk and you can find there all the cafes, supermarket, and so on. With the S bahn 25 minutes u are in the city center. Parking is free on the public street. The apartment is specially kids-friendly- a playground at the backyard.

Above the village of Aßling with supermarkets, restaurants, gas station, bakery. To the train station it's a 5 min walk, from there you can take the train to Munich in about 21 min and to Rosenheim in 15 min, further to Salzburg.... (i.e. you can also arrive without a car. If we can arrange it, we will be happy to pick you and your suitcases up from the station).

Ideal auch für einen Ausflug zum Wildpark, AllianzArena, Chiemsee, Berge, BayernPark. 200m entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle RVO 9410 direkt nach München - MaxWeberPlatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus am Rande von Au, einem kleinen extra Ortsteil der Gemeinde Bad Feilnbach mit direkten Blick auf die bayerischen Voralpen. Weil es in einer Wohnsiedlung liegt, ist es sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (München-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) sind es nur ca. 4km. Von hier kann man gleich Loswandern und Biken. Der Radweg ist 1 Minute entfernt, das Schwimmbad 5 min zu Fuß

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

Zimmer mit Bad - Am See zu Hause sein

Hallo liebe Reisende, wir wohnen hier mitten im Wald, der See liegt ein paar Meter vor der Haustür und das im Herzen Bayerns ! Wir wohnen schlicht aber schön und genießen jeden Tag das Gefühl, an einem ganz besonderen Ort leben zu dürfen. Ein Auto/Fahrrad ist hier jedoch von Vorteil, da wir nicht ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz abgebunden sind, nächste Bushaltestelle ist 2km entfernt.
