Gaither house is a historic home located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in Morganton, Burke County, North Carolina. It was built about 1840, and is a 1 story, 3 bay, hip-roofed, Greek revival styled frame house. SEE OUR COVID 19 PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY MEASURES below @ OTHER THINGS TO NOTE. Beautiful log home! As private as it gets, but still close to everything. 5 acre lot surrounded by trees. Newly upgraded deck with 8 person hot tub. Both bathrooms have just been remodeled. Full workspace with Monitor. 1.5 hours from Charlotte. 45 Minutes to Boone and N. Wilkesboro. 1 hour to Asheville. 10 Minutes from GGL Datacenter. Free charging on our level 2 EV charger. Basement is being remodeled currently. Expect a 4 bed/3 bath house in the next couple of months.

Little Blue Hickory Home

This comfy, cute, and stylish family home is located near Lenoir Rhyne University in Hickory, NC. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.

Two story historic home located between Lenoir NC and Morganton NC; within a thirty minute drive to Blowing Rock, NC. Note All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor! 15 steps. Hiking? Hike Grandfather Mt. or Hibriten Mt., Scenic River Gorge. Smoking in the Foothills....Lenoir, NC 15 minutes away! One master bedroom and one loft bedroom with 2 full baths. Outside fire pit and indoor wood stove (we provide firewood 🪵) Central A/C (window unit supplements the central a/c in the upstairs portion of the house) and gas heat. Large covered porches on the front and back of the house, back porch is screened in with outdoor dining area.

Located just one mile off of I-40, this newly renovated 1BR/1BA fully detached above garage apartment has all the comforts of home. Located within minutes of Downtown Morganton and five minutes from the NC School of Math and Science, you’ll be nestled in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Our family lives on the property so you can rest assure that you’ll be taken care of. There are small children in our home so there will likely be fun and laughter happening in the shared yard space.
