The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

The Sheepherder's Wagon at Fulmer's Farmstead

This cozy little living space was modeled after the sheep herder's wagon and huts from the turn of the century. Finished with modern amenities the sheepherder's wagon offers the quaintest "Glamping" experience to be found. Nestled in it's on fenced yard with a fire pit and rustic chairs it is the perfect spot to unwind from the city, work, or home. With it’s attached bathroom it offers all the ingredients for a unique getaway. Built with old world style this place is sure to inspire.

Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium Casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch. Located across from the beautiful Mason park in Laurel with its fenced dog park! 1.2 miles from downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane. Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.
