The standard studios are located one floor under the street/reception level and offer private balcony with a view of the neighborhood. Photos may differ slightly as there are 4 different studios on the same category Each studio offers Wi Fi, TV, air-condition, kitchenette, refrigerator, cooking facilities, safe box and hair dryer. The breakfast is not included in the price. The continental breakfast costs 12€ per person.

Ένα δωμάτιο σε ήσυχο σπίτι στην εξοχή!!!

Αυτός ο αξιολάτρευτος χώρος διαμονής θα σας μαγέψει.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 1500 μέτρα απτό λιμάνι της Παροικιάς.Στο ίδιο σπίτι μένει και η οικοδέσποινα με το σκύλο της και τις γάτες στην αυλή.Ο χώρος είναι προσβάσιμος με τα πόδια σε 25 λεπτά απτό λιμάνι ή σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και έχει άπλετη θέα από παντού!!! Υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστοι χώροι όπως η κουζίνα,το καθιστικό και οι γύρω βεράντες!!! Υπάρχει τοπική συγκοινωνία που σας πηγαίνει στο κέντρο της πόλης!!!

La suite dispose d'une chambre et une grande véranda avec chaises longues donnant sur la mer Égée. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans votre véranda le matin, d'où vous pourrez admirer la vue sur la mer, qui se trouve à seulement 10 mètres. Il comprend également une salle de bains privative avec douche et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une kitchenette. La chambre offre également le Wifi gratuit, un écran plat, la climatisation, un ventilateur au plafond et un coffre-fort.
