It is accessible and private, a self-contained apartment with generous sized bedroom and a day-room with mini kitchen, modern decor and access to private garden area. Walkways and cycling trails are on the doorstep and its an easy walk to restaurants and pubs. You'll feel on holiday as soon as you get here.

This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

This delightful studio private bedroom is close to Ahuriri, town, the Botanical Gardens, many gorgeous restaurants, walkways and other amenities. The room is private with a separate entrance and own bathoom. That means you can treat it as a hotel, or if you need any help in organising tours or restaurant bookings we are happy to help you. We have two little cats who will stay out of you way but we would love to have you come and stay and share our home with you. Welcome to our home!

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

The house comes fully equipped, with a large private outdoor deck and lawn in addition to the house itself to relax in and enjoy. Ahuriri , with its great restaurants and small yacht harbour,is within walking distance(1.2 km ) The area is known for its culinary experiences, sporting facilities, wineries and of course the Art Deco architecture. Your hospitality experience is very important to us, so if you like cosy, a little bit quirky and waking up to birdsong, we would love to host you at our 102 year old home at 10 Burns.
