L'appartement est à 30min de FieraMilanoCity (15min en taxi) et Rho Fiera, et à 5min du centre-ville. Le quartier est plein de charmants restaurants et bars à cocktails, il y a aussi une pizzeria familiale juste en face de l'entrée principale du bâtiment, il n'y a pas de cuisine. L'emplacement au 5ème étage, les fenêtres insonorisées et le donnant sur une cour privée vous permettent de profiter d'un repos très calme tout en étant à portée de l'un des quartiers les plus animés et actifs de Milan.
