Orange Garden στο Χαλάνδρι.

Το 1960, πριν χτιστεί το σπιτιού μας στη Σοφοκλέους, ο παππούς Γιάννης φύτεψε ξινά δέντρα στον κήπο. Τα πορτοκάλια, τα μανταρίνια και τα λεμόνια γέμισαν τις φρουτιέρες μας , δυναμώνοντας τους χειμώνες μας και δροσίζοντας τα καλοκαίρια μας. Κάτω από αυτά τα δέντρα, έγιναν γλέντια, έπαιξαν παιδιά ενώ πεταλούδες ρουφούσαν χυμούς λουλουδιών. Καλωσορίζουμε τους επισκέπτες μας στον παράδεισο αυτό το τον γεμάτο αρώματα και χυμούς.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι 22τ.μ. και βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή του Ν. Ψυχικού, στον 7ο όροφο χωρίς να συνορεύει με άλλο (οροφοδιαμέρισμα). Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα την Αθήνα. Σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται ο σταθμός του Μετρό "Κατεχάκη". Ακριβώς δίπλα βρίσκεται μεγάλο πάρκο, που περιλαμβάνει σύγχρονη παιδική χαρά. Στη γειτονιά υπάρχουν καταστήματα εστίασης και super markets.
