Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From this centrally located location your entire group will enjoy easy access to many local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Thayer St, Brown, Amica, RISD, Rhode Island College, Providence College and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries!

Large, modern, central 3-bedroom apt in PVD

Spacious. clean 3-BR/ 3-bed unit located on a second floor. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, and a big bathroom. Located in the city's Valley Arts District, a former industrial zone that's geographically in the city center. Plenty of off-street parking. Please Note: This apartment is on an actual city street with vehicular traffic, not a desolate, whisper-quiet suburban street. May not be suitable for the lightest sleeper. Pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping ever inside the unit.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just 10 minutes away from town. Secluded cabin on a 57-acre farm outlooking a large paddock with 4 highland cows. This beautiful property has a neighboring golf course and trails connecting to Heritage Park. Pool. Fireplace. Amazing sunsets! Who wouldn’t want to live like Yellowstone for a little? Home of Welcome Pastures, a Nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. Portion of proceeds go towards the foundation.

Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.

Walking distance to Brown University, RISD, and tons of cute shops and restaurants. This Loft is in its own separate detached building with a private entrance. Features 2 beds (1 queen, 1 twin) that can sleep up to 3 guests, a private en-suite bathroom, in-unit washer/dryer, 65" TV, and ultra fast wifi.

This is a second floor apt. There are 2 bedrooms with a private entrance/exit for each. The rooms are not huge but the apt. is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen is spacious with coffee maker, frig, stove, microwave, air fryer. Bathroom is unique, it has a shower and separate bath tub. Also, this apt is for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Wifi included. Parking, garden, pets allowed. Extra fee for pets.
