Newly renovated and sparkling clean 2BR/1BA! Can't be beat location with Commercial Street out front and beach access out back. Easy 5 minute walk from the ferry and top restaurants. Beautiful backyard private access to the beach for a quick dip or some kayaking! Both bedrooms have excellent views of Commercial Street for parade and people watching, and super comfortable Casper mattresses for a great night’s rest. A year round fully renovated two bedroom cottage on the beach. Nothing but sand between you and Cape Cod bay. My place is the perfect peaceful beach vacation. The sunsets are amazing! The area is residential, so it's quiet. A quick 4 mile ride to Provincetown. There's parking on site, as well as a boat launch. No need to pack up to head to the beach - you are at the beach! Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
