It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Self-contained annexe in central village location

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate accommodation, but we live next door so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. There is a TV in the bedroom for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.
