We have a gem of a granny flat attached at the back end of our home. It comes with its own entrance less than 800 meters from the stunning northern beaches of WA! Modern and super comfortable, offered is a kitchenette, ensuite, seperate bedroom and outdoor patio space with a your own BBQ. Across the road is a fabulous Italian coffee shop/ cafe, pharmacy, IGA, fish & chips, bottle shop etc Joondalup award winning golf course, hospital and shopping centre are all less than a 10 min drive away

Nestled on Joondalup Resort Golf Club, 2 km from the Beach, The Mini House is a super stylish tranquil haven. With marble floors, 2 top quality double beds, one on mezzanine up sturdy ladder stairs, luxury spa shower, gourmet kitchen, a beautifully designed apartment. We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Hocking Perth - Spacious 4 bedroom home

Welcome to Hocking - a peaceful suburb approximately 25kms north of the beautiful city of Perth. This single storey home offers you access to all amenities and plenty of sleeping space - 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. Each room has built-in wardrobes. An ensuite bathroom is off the main bedroom and a full bathroom with bath and separate shower is shared by other guests. Please note that sleeping accommodation will be available for the number of booked guests.
