Perfekt für Pendler, Zentral gelegen zwischen Frankfurt, Wiesbaden und Mainz an der Bahnlinie S1 die nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist sowie 15 Min Entfernung zum Frankfurter Flughafen mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer nähe und zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark vor dem Haus und einen schönen Fahrradweg am Schwarzbach entlang.
