Hier auf der Insel trifft der Charme des alten Industriehafens auf urbanen Lifestyle - geprägt von einem modernen Mix aus Arbeiten & Leben. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäckerei, Alnatura, Rewe, DM, Apotheke, etc.) sowie diverse Restaurants und Wassersport-Angebote sind mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen.

Sie erreichen in kürzester Zeit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel . Die Behausung liegt in der Nähe vom Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof und auch dem FFM Flughafen und Messe. The citycentre is about 5min away by car, but can also easily be reached by bus (bus station is 200m from the flat) or by foot (20min along the banks of the river Main). Parking is possible in the yard, in front of the apartment. A supermarket (with some food-to-go options) and a beer garden are nearby.
