Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer kleinen 2-stöckigen familiären Wohnanlage mit sehr gutem U-Bahn und Busanschluss. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Geniesse die Zeit direkt am Olympiapark und der BMW Welt mit guter U-Bahn Anbindung. Zwei gemütliche Schlafsofas, Balkon, eine neue Küche, Wifi, Fernseher werden Dir den Aufenthalt in München angenehm machen. Seit Januar 2025 ist Bad und Küche nun endgültig neu renoviert.
