Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. 3 Bedroom 1 Bathroom House 10 minutes from Beach

The house is recently rennovated featuring a clean and cozy feeling. Redesigned kitchen with an open island allows for cooking as well as entertaining throughout the night. Relax and watch some tv, with netflix provided. Ev charging available, ask for more info. Note: No pets allowed as I have family with severe allergies to animal hair. Note: Whole house rental. Property manager on site occasionally in garage with own entrance. Message me if you require a fourth bedroom and second bathroom.
