This fully private one bedroom apartment is conveniently located Downtown Jacksonville close to the main events in town. Fully furnished with the essentials to make your stay more comfortable. Coming to Jax for a game, concert, night out, or relaxing day at the beach? You’ve found your stay! Apartment is on the top floor of a 17 story building. Night time security on site every night. Building has paid laundry and work space available for guests use.

Enjoy your stay at this vivid private space! This suite is a colorful paradise that is surrounded by nature on a 2 acre property. Guests will be surrounded by color and outdoorsy scenery. The designated parking area is to right at a colored bee post. As you walk up the steps that lead you to the patio, you will see the door that will lead you to your lively suite. Our Suite is attached to the main house, with everything private.

Deep water access to anywhere in Jacksonville with dock available. Back yard pavilion gazebo 50 feet from river connecting to a remodeled home and landscaped pool. Home is not lived in and void of all personal property giving you open space to feel at home as your own. Bring your boat and tie up to the dock, or enjoy the provided kayaks and canoe. Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
