Everyone here treat everyone like family member so you will be look after here :) There a great transport link to town, tram & bus. Pretty much on a door step of Manchester City FC, cycling centre and tennis centre. We're about 20-30mins from ManchesterAirport and 10mins from Piccadilly Train station by car. PLZ NOTE: due to bad experience, Our home is not for party!

It’s a couple of minutes walk to Piccadilly station and easy access to anywhere in the city! Free parking for one car is available.

Ninth floor apartment with huge 30 X 30 foot lounge in city centre home . You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. Vehicles left at owners' risk.

A spacious double room in a town house walking distance to the city center, perfect for couples or lone travellers. Has a cosy living room to hang out in and a dining room to get some work done, as well as a modern kitchen with plenty of space. PLEASE NOTE: The house boiler is located in the room, it’s generally off through the night but it can turn on late in the evenings when the house is busy, so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the room for you :)

Cosy Guest Room nr. City/UNI (monthly discount)

Nice clean and comfortable room in my house. Please note that I have 2 rooms and it's my largest room that is available now (see pics bedroom 1), for short bookings from 2 days to 3 months. My place is 5 min to bus stop, 15-30 mins walk to city centre and train stations. Close to universities and transport links, M602/M62 & A5103 into South Manchester. UPDATE: Currently looking for anyone wanting medium length stay, discounted rates available.
