Built in 1880 for our great-great-great-great-grandmother and given away when family plans clashed, it later served as a refuge during the civil war and survived a fire. The house is located 50 meters from Papa Nero beach in Pelion. It is recently renovated with a capacity of up to 5 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.
