1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

This is my home where I live. I'll be present during your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Jacobi Medical Center, Calvary Hospital, the Jack D. Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the Montefiore Medical Center (Hutchinson Campus). If you are flying, the three major airports are , in order of distance, La Guardia Airport, 10.1 miles away, JFK Airport, 16.5 miles away, and Newark Airport 26.7 miles away.

Gigantic RM FOR Manhattan 1 Queen 1 Single Bed & 1 Sofa. 108th St Near Metro & Central Park. You can get to anywhere in Manhattan easily. Diverse neighborhood and welcomes people of all background. Many restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets. You have access to all parts of my apartment. You share kitchen and bathroom with me. My room is far away from your room. So, it feels like you are renting the entire apartment for a price of a room.
