The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

The Woodland Valley Spa Cabin (20min to Woodstock)

Get away from it all and connect with nature at our luxurious cabin located right in the heart of the highly coveted Woodland Valley neighborhood of the Catskills. Conveniently located 9 min from downtown Phoenicia, 20 min from Woodstock for dining and culture, and 4 min from hiking trailheads. Perfect for writers/solo-travelers seeking solitude & peace and couples wanting quality time together. The cottage is on a scenic country road, walking distance to 3 farms, including 2 great farm-to-table restaurants: Westwind Pizza/Apple Orchard, Arrowood Brewery, & Hollengold Farm. A stone's throw are Stonehill Barn and Inness. 15 min drive to the incomparable Minnewaska State Park.

Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.

We are quick hop to Slide Mountain, Giant Ledge, and many other trailheads. We are within 20 minutes of Frost Valley YMCA, Peekamoose Restaurant, Belleayre ski hills, and Phoenicia. This cabin is a perfect home base for outdoor adventure, and also a peaceful respite.
