Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

Upstairs warm room with comfy kingsize bed, ensuite with shower. This room also has a single bed which can be made up if requested. Included is coffee, tea etc, & a porridge-pot/cereals/fruit/toast breakfast. The Bar & Restaurant in the hotel (different organisation) open Wed-Sun, meals best booked direct by phone, we can pass their number to you once you have made your Airbnb booking. For Mon-Tue evening meals we provide Oakhouse Foods Frozen complete meals.

The highland hotel (single room)

Doune castle a few minutes walk, where they filmed monty phython's the holy grail, outlander and many more, deanston distillery is within walking distance so you can enjoy a hassle free half without having to worry about who's driving, Loch Lomond is a short drive roughly about half hour away(gateway to the highlands) breakfast is included in price Self check in, instructions and codes for doors will be sent to your Airbnb account on morning of arrival

Our food is exceptionally well reviewed. Please note that, although we are truly pet friendly, we cannot accept pet-bookings through 3rd party booking agencies.

Double room for 2 people. NOT ensuite. Sky TV in room. Located across from the train station and only a few minutes walk from the distillery. Situated in the former village primary school and school house set in an acre of ground. Surrounded by mountains and Loch Ericht only a few minutes walk away. Hot tub in summer house outside, available to use for a small fee during summer months.

Our lovely hotel is a wonderful old building which was built in 1895. We aim to marry the new with the old in a classic and tasteful way and all of our bedrooms have been thoughtfully refurbished to provide maximum comfort in a boutique style which touches its cap to the rich history the building provides.
