In the heart of Phillip Island, close to the track, this little cottage gives you the best of both country & sea. A 5 minute drive to Cowes town to shops, cafes & supermarkets. Heaps to do on the Island with walking/bike tracks, swimming, koala reserve, penguin parade, the Nobbies, Forest Caves, Churchill Island and the Chocolate Factory to name a few. You'll find amazing sunsets at Ventnor, Surf beach & Cape Woolamai. We also offer early and late check out if there are no back to back bookings.

Features QS bed, split system heating & cooling, kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, cutlery & crockery, Smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel. Separate toilet & bathroom. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Situated on a flat block, the large grassed backyard was created for children to explore with an enclosed trampoline, cubby house and boat. Located a stones throw from the RSL, a short walk to the main shopping precinct and close to the Cowes main beach.

Our Farm is tucked away from the hustle and bustle whilst still only being 5 mins away from Cowes central, 4.5kms from the Grand Prix, 7 mins from the Penguin Parade and 2 minutes from the most stunning beaches on Phillip Island.
