It is convenient for the Bowl Arena, Bletchley Park, Woburn Safari, the M1 motorway(10 mins), Luton Airport (20 mins) and London.

Come and relax in our newly renovated annexe. You’ll have complete privacy in this separate private space, but we live in the main house so if there is anything you need, we’re only a message (or knock) away. The annexe comes complete with its own kitchenette to prepare simple meals using the microwave and toaster. Tea and coffee making facilities, fruit juice, cereals and milk are also provided. The bedroom has a small double (4 ft) bed and a TV for watching iPlayer, Netflix or other TV apps.

The location is rural and secluded in a small village close to Milton Keynes.

Restaurants, takeaways, shops, buses and trains (direct to Milton Keynes, Birmingham and London) are all within 5 minutes walk and central Milton Keynes is only 10 minutes drive away. The quaint market town of Stony Stratford is nearby and there are lovely walks by the canal, the river Ouse and the Ouse Valley park which are practically on the doorstop.

Penny cottage is the perfect setting for a quaint countryside visit. Situated on the border of Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire in Hanslope with great access to Silverstone. Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

The Annexe- private 1-bedroom with outdoor area

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The annexe is in the rural village of Hanslope. In between Milton Keynes and Northampton. It has great train links to London and a short distance from Silverstone. The annexe offers one double bedroom, a shower room and a living area. Whilst it comfortably sleeps two, it can accommodate up to four guests with a double sofa bed in the living area. Whilst there are coffee and tea facilities there is NOT a full kitchen.

This is a well-maintained studio annexe which is detached from the main house. It has independent access and has a single bed. The annexe comes complete with its kitchenette including a washer dryer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and fridge freezer. The annexe has a smart TV & free Netflix. Less than 10 mins drive to Northampton town centre & the Motorway. Ideal for anyone looking for a short stay in Northampton.
