Walk across the street for breakfast at the Harness Track or take a short stroll to the Village. This 2bedroom unit is completely private with 2 double beds in each room plus a sleeper sofa. Laundry facilities are just outside the unit in a building across the parking lot. Dogs welcome. No cats please.

Across from the Harness Track and an easy walk to the main clubhouse at Pinehurst sits our villa on the 2nd hole of the Ellis Maples designed Pinehurst No. 5. Our newly renovated 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and and open floor plan. With seating for 8 and 5 beds, you can bring the whole family comfortably. Cook dinner in the kitchen equipped with new stainless and enjoy a glass of wine out of the cooler. This unit has two porches, and both are great for your morning coffee.

The Mulligan House in Pinehurst!!!

The Mulligan House is located in the middle of Golf Country. It is only a 5 minute drive to Pinehurst resort and the village of Pinehurst and 8 mins from downtown Southern Pines. You are only a hop away from all restaurants and several pubs. There are 3 breweries that are minutes from the house. You can play golf during the day, have a bite to eat, have a drink at one of the pubs then relax in the big hot tub surrounded by lights. Property is private but convenient to everything.

This is a private in-law suite with private entrance. There are no shared spaces. Private bath, pet friendly (*Fee). We have taken extra precautions to sanitize, and clean this space. If you are a medical professional here for work, please let us know. We are less than a mile from the hospital and would be happy to have you. Our place has been cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom.
