Welcome to Crikvenica! This seaside resort is a perfect getaway for everyone searching for lots of sea, sun and fun! It is als famous for its exceptionally clean air, sea and its drinking water! Our house is situated 300-500m above the main sandy-gravel beach and the small port Crni Molo, famous for its cafes and restaurants. You will need some 10 minutes downhill to reach the bursting seaside promenade, yet will have the needed quiet hours at night to rest. We wish you a pleasant stay!

The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. The country is surrounded with the ruins of the historicaly city and castels of Frankopan dinasty. Here you can find planty of interesting coutent based on your references; swimming in the clear sea, enjoying on numerous beaches in Crikvenica, riding a bike through forests or experience paragliding by jumping from tip of the nerest hill.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
